Up to $142.9 Million for the Targeted Capacity Expansion-HIV Program: Substance Use Disorder Treatment for Racial/Ethnic Minority Populations at High Risk for HIV/AIDS

SAMHSA is accepting applications for the Targeted Capacity Expansion-HIV Program: Substance Use Disorder Treatment for Racial/Ethnic Minority Populations at High Risk for HIV/AIDS, totaling up to $142.9 million over 5 years. This program seeks to increase health services for racial and ethnic minority individuals with substance use disorders, individuals with co-occurring mental and substance use disorders who are at risk for HIV, and/or those who are HIV positive and receive services and treatment for HIV.
